How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Everything is packed with care, and once it's on the way, you’ll receive tracking info straight to your inbox. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at the moment—but it’s on our radar as we grow. If you’re outside the U.S. and deeply interested in ordering, feel free to reach out to info@navalivingco.com so we can see what’s possible on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At the moment, we only offer standard shipping. As we grow, we’ll look into faster options—stay tuned!

What is your return policy? 

We want you to feel good about what you receive. If something’s not right, email us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll offer an exchange or store credit for unused items in their original packaging. Because our blends are handmade and consumable, we don’t offer refunds—but we’re here to make it right.
