Where it began.

In the span of thirteen months, while pregnant with her second child, Shatice lost four of the most significant people in her life. Her little sister, taken by violence. Both of her grandparents — one to cancer, one to stroke. Her father, to a swift and brutal battle with metastatic colorectal cancer.

Four people. One pregnancy. One body, somehow, asked to hold all of it.

There is no productivity hack that survives that kind of grief. No routine resilient enough. No influencer trend that reaches into the place where that kind of loss lives. What found her, slowly and quietly, was something older. The teachings of Ayurveda. The intelligence of plants. Herbs that had been used by women like her — in traditions older than memory — to help the body carry what the mind cannot.

What Nava means.

The name was chosen with intention. Nava — a word with origins in Sanskrit — means new. Fresh. Renewed. It is the feeling of waking up gently after a long darkness. The feeling of being given a second beginning.
